Ben's Banana Shed started as a one-man operation on the side of the Nerang highway with a fold-out table and a passion for quality fruit. Twenty years later, we're still at the same spot — just with a bigger shed, a bigger smile, and a loyal following of locals who know that nothing beats fruit picked fresh and sold the same week.
We work directly with farmers across Queensland to bring you produce that hasn't sat in a cold store for six months. Bananas from Tully, mangoes from Bowen, strawberries from Stanthorpe.
We stock over 40 varieties of fresh fruit every week, sourced direct from local growers. Three ways to get it.
40+ varieties in stock weekly. Direct from Queensland and Northern NSW farms. No cold-store fruit — sold within days of picking. Organic options available. Bulk pricing for restaurants and cafes.
Bulk banana boxes (13kg and 18kg). Mixed fruit boxes from $45. Weekly standing orders available. Tuesday and Thursday delivery — Gold Coast wide. Wholesale accounts for restaurants, cafes, schools and events.
Small box (3–4kg) — $28/week. Medium box (6–7kg) — $48/week. Large box (10–12kg) — $72/week. Customise to exclude fruits you don't like. Free delivery on Gold Coast. Pause or cancel anytime.
